A | 　　重庆8月24日电(陈媛)重庆市忠县县委书记徐海波24日在重庆市政府新闻办举行的新闻发布会上介绍，面向“十五五”，忠县将锚定“加快打造三峡库区特色中等城市特色产业集群县域样板”总目标，以特色产业集群支撑高质量发展，以特色中等城市建设赋能高品质生活，探索形成可复制可推广的库区县域高质量发展样板。

B | 　　“十五五”时期，忠县将以“一都一库一基地”建设为牵引，加快构建起“1133”现代制造业集群体系，即培育1个五百亿级能源产业集群，打造1个三百亿级食品及农产品加工产业集群，做强3个百亿级特色产业集群，发展3个高成长性产业。

C | 力争在2030年左右，该县工业总产值和地区生产总值均达到千亿元。

F | 忠县将重点推动“一库一基地”建设，同时推动现有12家锂电材料企业扩产扩能，持续提升国家级锂电新材料特色产业集群能级，力争2030年形成约500亿元级能源产业集群。　　在先进制造业方面，忠县将以创建市级高新区为抓手，依托各龙头企业延链补链强链，推动聚链成群、集群成势，壮大生物医药、智能制造装备、绿色建材等特色产业，力争到2030年形成3个百亿级特色产业集群。　　在城市发展方面，忠县拥有三峡库区唯一留存的“老城记忆”。徐海波谈到，忠县将加快建设创新、宜居、美丽、韧性、文明、智慧的现代化人民城市，力争到2030年城市规模达到40平方公里、40万人。　　“忠县是全国唯一以‘忠’入名的城市，‘忠文化’是我们独有的地域文化品牌。
