How you were at the age of 16 is not how you are at the age of 25, is not how you are at the age of 35, and so on. So there is never one rule for anybody. You wouldn’t expect Amitabh sir to work 14 hours, right? So it is very subjective.” She further added, “Every person has the right to decide that in this phase of my life, I want to give this much time to my family, or work for this many hours. And if I can’t do more than that, then I will unfortunately have to let go. Everybody has the right to decide how much they want to work. She also shared her belief that a single set of rules may not be universally applicable, as priorities tend to change throughout different stages of life. She shared, “I am sure those who work 8 hours today have worked a lot earlier. They have even worked 48 hours straight. Like Ajay sir, Akshay sir- in the 90s, they would go from one film set to another. They would change only their shirts while wearing the same jeans. That also used to happen. And now they have reached a point that they can decide how much work they want to do. According to a Science and Technology Daily's Sunday report, China has discovered and named a new mineral, Wusihe germanium ore, with an average germanium oxide content of up to 72 percent, second only to germanite.
The mineral was jointly discovered, named, and submitted for approval by multiple Chinese research teams, and has officially been approved by the Commission on New Minerals, Nomenclature and Classification (CNMNC) of the International Mineralogical Association (IMA).
As a scarce strategic critical metal, germanium is an indispensable material in high-tech fields including modern semiconductors, fiber-optic communications, infrared optics, solar cells, and aerospace measurement and control systems.
Due to its low abundance in the Earth's crust and difficulty in forming independent deposits, germanium has long been mainly produced as an associated element from lead-zinc ores and coal deposits, according to the report.
The mineral also marks the third germanium-rich mineral discovered in the mining area, the report said.
According to data released by China's Ministry of Natural Resources on April 29, China ranks first globally in reserves of 14 minerals, including germanium.
